...AND WE GET RESULTS

no-jail (1)

State of Utah v. J.C.

Client was charged with DUI but the breathalyzer results were questionable. The prosecutor insisted on jail time, but we fought the case for 18 months until charges were reduced to a non-DUI reckless driving with no jail.

dismissed

State of Utah v. P.M.

Client was accused and charged with Domestic Violence Aggravated Assault. The prosecutor refused to negotiate or listen to Client's side of the story. After a two-day trial, Client was found not guilty and all charges were dismissed.

victory (1)

S.C. v. C.C.

Husband filed a protective order and divorce against his wife of 11 years while she was in the hospital receiving medical treatment. We petitioned the court for joint legal custody, extended parent-time, alimony, and attorney fees. The court awarded all four.

fees

B.A. v. K.A.

Ex-Wife withheld parent-time from father and inappropriately micromanaged the children's relationship with their father. Our attorney won the court hearing and obtained attorney fees for father because the ex-wife acted maliciously and engaged in improper gate-keeping.
